running cistern

I have a dual flush low level wc and at the moment i am having to leave the lid off as when it is on the cistern runs continuously after i have pressed either flush button. Can anyone advise me on...

I am having my nathroom redone and the plumber says that as the plumbing fittings are barrels, I need to replace the old galvanised fittings with copper or there may be corrosion. Does he need to do...

hot water but no heating

what is the best type of carpet clean?

Mys carpets need a clean and have areas badly discoloured where my elderly cat repeatedly peed.Should I get them cleaned by dry-cleaning or with water?
