Getting a deposit back

Combi-boiler problem

Ravenheat boiler fires up for about 10 seconds and then just cuts off but continually fires up then cuts off. I know its not the best description in the world but anybody any ideas on the problem....

MIKOMI webcam-no sound on msn

For some reason the microphone just doesn`t want to work whilst on msn. It works perfectly well via the software that came with it. Gone through set up procedure on msn but still no joy. Any ideas...
