I never feel 100% anymore...

Recently had another bout of tonsilitis some may remember...completed course of antibiotics...went on hols...now im back...been feeling sniffly and chesty...got much worse today even breathing in...

ideal menu

anyone got a list or suggestions of an ideal daily menu?? i find it hard some of the diets offer strange and wonderfull foods that i cannot make or have on the go!! but that aside....whats the ideal...

MY TAN IS PEELING :0(

booo....and i moisturize alot...twice a day at least on hols...and ive bathed in baby oil , now slathered in body butter....any other ideas how to stop it, it looks sooo horrible x

Do you floss daily?

Honestly...i didnt...but i do now...the smell off the floss is VILE and the thought of whatever it is staying in my teeth makes me feel ill YUCK....i use those disclosing tablets too...quite good!! X...

Hope i get better before my hols on thur! Took unwell thu night. Had to see out of hrs doc as i knew i needed something, missed my final exam yesterday :0(( feel worse today than i did yesterday...
