In A Case Where It Is One Person's Word Against Another And The Prosecution Have Called For A Psychiatric Report On The Alledged Victim, Can This Result In The Case Being Thrown Out?

In this case the victim has brought similar charges against others that failed. A court date has been set 2 years away but it goes back to court this month for the report. No plea has been entered yet...
