I have decided to cut out sugar from my diet which will probably not be easy as it is in most of the foods we eat and drink. Does anyone have a good alternative that I can use in my morning coffee?

Horse Riding on Major Roads

On my way home last night I was following one of these big trucks that carries scaffolding. It's pretty much all country side round here but most of the roads are wide with a 50 or 60 mph limit....
