Mole removal?

Anyone on here had any moles removed? Whats involved and is it painfull? I have a couple on my head which seem to have grown over the past few years and i'm now catching them and making them bleed...

Removal of hairy mole

I have a mole on my face with strong black hairs growing out. I dont want to look like a witch and I am not worried it is malignant. I just want it removed for appearances sake. What should I do?
