On Windows Live Mail I am suddenly unable to send attached photographs - in fact

my 'send' box is not working at all at the moment. I keep getting 'Error 0x8ccc003. One of my outbox emails has 20 photo attachments - is that what is causing the problem? Many thanks for any ideas.
