land rover discovery 1996

My fuel gauge worked properly until i filled the tank right up, now its stopped working and the out of petrol light is on? My check engine light came on although everything seems fine? any suggestions...

Classis mini woes.

Whats happening to my mini? It overheats if I leave it ticking over the in-car heaters or demisters dont work, yet I hear the motor running. Anyone encountered these problems before? Thanks
