Norton ID Safe/Log Ins

All of a sudden, the data has disappeared from My Norton Identity Safe and Log InsIt also doesn't prompt to add new ones any more. I've tried reboot and logging out and in of Norton but to no avail....

Without any prompting from me, when I now open new dox on MS Word, the cursor appears at the very top of the page, despite there supposedly being a 2.54cm margin! What is it doing now - anybody know?
