If we can't get it resolved soon we will have to switch off the adverts (don't cheer too loudly, it's what keeps me in ermine and fabergé egg omelettes) for the weekend.

My appologies for all the trouble.

For some context: this isn't just an AB problem, this is a web-wide problem effecting many ad-supported websites. So you're not alone in your pain!

I understand, similar issues wioth sites I own/co-own. The sites that have no ads are fine the one that does has been a pain so made the the sire ad free for members...encourages folk to join the site properly

I haven't had this problem, but what I find spooky is that having recently asked a question about property, I now get adverts of properties for sale. I can understand how, if I look up a product online, I can get related ads, but does this mean that someone is actually reading these posts and acting on them?

Internet Explorer is a dead loss hence the reason I use Firefox.

At the moment I am testing IE with adverts running and I keep getting 'freezes' with a message popping up to say that Answerbank is Not reponding.

Okay, to remove the problem for a little while, clear you cookies & cache.

You may have to log in again, but it will provide respite for the moment.
