Naomi.. you might be having problems with your browser caching since the update. i.e Internet explorer is still showing you the version of the site before the update. Please try pressing CTRL+F5 together on your keyboard to clear the cache, and try again? I had the same issue on my PC with Internet Explorer 11, but it was resolved after the cache clearing.

@naomi...Is the browser you are using Internet Explorer.? If so that could account for a lot of problems.

Gromit, done that – no change.

Jackdaw, when I click on the ‘Ask’ button in this section I get an expanded ‘enter further details’ box and a drop down menu to select from. When I click on ‘Ask’ in Law, I just get the expanded ‘enter further details’ box. Still can’t type a heading in the ‘Ask’ boxes. So frustrating! I can’t imagine what I’m doing wrong – if I am doing anything wrong.

Hans, yes it is Internet Explorer, but surely the site should be able to cope with that. It’s hardly unknown.

No idea. I'll try to find out.
I tried a test question in Law but it has disappeared. I was only trying to help. :-(
For a long time AB has had compatibility problems with IE. Hence most Techies stay away from it.

naomi..Is your edition of IE the most up-to-date for your Desktop.

Hate to be one of those people Naomi, but did you not get on with Chrome when you tried it?
Chrome works fine for me. No problems since the changeover.

I've never tried Chrome. I'm not very technical so I'm reluctant to mess about with changes. Until now what I have seems to have worked ok.
I changed to chrome from IE Naomi because of the probs..easy to do honest !
Ed and team, it is flying up here this morning fast and crisp, loading so quickly compared to the old site and the first two days. I have multi tabs open, two tabs on the "Bank", and it is faultless. W10 Edge, Desktop.
Much better on the iPad now, thank you :)

Naomi if you are running w10 try the Edge browser. You will not have to alter so many settings and you should keep all your favourites and bookmarks without having to transfer all your site passwords over etc.etc.
