Has Ab Sold My Email Address?

Received a marketing email from a 'sister company' of AB.

I haven't given permission for my email address to be used in this manner. And there appears to be no way [unless someone can direct me] to set or change email preferences, apart from Newsletter and subscription to questions.

How sneaky.

I have just received the competition email......a few days ago I received mail from AB....admittedly into my spam but that's not hard to find.. telling me about the sister company and what AB was doing.
There is also a sentence telling me I can unsubscribe.....that's easy too, but I won't......I fancy a new lawn mower.... :-)

Just checked Mail, 2 from AB, both stating clearly it was 'a sister company' running the comp.
Used Unsubscribe Button on both followed by Delete,
Simples, and no need for a Hissy fit.
