I posted a GMEB thread at 03:16 today. Some 18 minutes later a duplicate GMEB thread was also posted. My thread was later removed.

Others might disagree but I wouldn't say mods are admin. The eds make any decisions affecting the site - and the rules. I regard mods just as sweeper uppers really (Wombles?) - lending a hand to keep the place legal, tidy, and as fragrant as possible. :o)
