Royal Stafford
Can anyone tell me any information about this china set my mum has. We can't find anything about it on the internet. She bought the set about 35 years ago. On the bottom of the pieces it says
Charisma
Exclusive
Royal Stafford
Bone China
Made In England
15-3
Anyone know anything about it?

Must is a strong, and unfortunately incorrect, word.
"Please note: There used to be a company called Royal Stafford China but they went out of business in 1992 and we do not have any historical information on their patterns or dates. Our company only makes high-fired English Earthenware since 1994."

altho you havent asked
the value is likely to be low if it is a dinner set - no one uses them now
I have kept my mothers dinner set but when they come up at local auctions they got for £50-£100 for the lot. So if ou are clearing - it depends if you have anything to store in its place
a fren' had his gt grandmothers teacup and saucer that she had bought with her Very First Wage ( 1890 ) and cost - 2/6. Apprenticed tailoress I think ( not seamstress )
We passed an antique shop and I said there is the rest of the dinner set ( six settings ), same pattern ( slightly later in fact ) - cost £35.
but antiques road show this week - old Stowe boy had bought two Stowe service plates - ten grand each I think.
