There is a facility on the site to prevent the posting of duplicate Questions - it shows 'similar' Questions, and asks if you still want to post yours. If you had used thi facility, you;d have seen the first twenty, of about 300,000 of this Question being asked before, and where it says 'Do you still want to post your question, you click on 'No'.

That prevents this Question coming up again, and the distant noise you can hear, which is regular Ab'ers banging their heads rhythmically on the nearest hard surface!

SaxyJag - that's a common source of confusion on this site too. While the "tasty tasty" line did indeed come from the Bran Flakes ad, the one starring Ross Kemp was for Fruit 'n' Fibre. Scroll down on the page below for proof:
