Claw Like

Yesterday when I was at the beach I saw a fella bending down to lift his dog's poo. He seemed to put one of the doggie bags around this claw like thingmajig and scooped the poo. I have googled but am coming up with full length ones. This was a hand one. Any ideas tia.

When I was lifting the dogs poo this morning I found a hole in the plastic bag.
I don't think I'd want to invest in a device to lift it. I'll just be more careful in future.

My dog had the tom-tits outside Tesco. It was like turning a tap on, Lord knows what she'd been eating to make her this loose. I had to go to the petrol station and borrow a bucket of water.
