aggressive border collie
My 12 year old border collie has recently become very aggressive ( snarling, baring teeth and snapping) when removing its lead so much so that sometimes we cannot remove its lead. When off the lead he is fine and loves his walks chasing sticks , balls etc... Has anyone suffered similar problems or have any advice?

As with the other answers, I think you should take him to the vets. Our BC (at 10 years) had joint pain which was controlled by a series of injections. I hope he gets better soon.
