Wildflower Identification Help Please

Getting ready for the birdwatch I thought I'd tidy up my photos.
I took this (http://www.flickr.com/photos/40634294@N06/8416866720/) last July in the woods at RSPB Sandy.
I think this might be a Bugle but I'm really not sure.
Any ideas folks?

I can't remember its name but it's a fairly common weed plant (but then a weed is only a plant in the wrong place)

If its a weed, its a very pretty weed.

It looks like orchis mascula-wild orchid

Yes, definitely 'selfheal'. I get this growing in my lawn but I don't regard it as a weed, because it all adds to the diversity, or rich tapestry, if you like.

The flowers are similar to that of bugle, but the leaves are less rounded and less glossy
