Where did you last see them ? Try to remember where you put them.
Your pigeons are in my garden

I think we have your Magpies, noisy gits they are too!
Perhaps a Goshawk has moved into the area. What has actually happened? Have they all disappeared overnight?
We seem to have a lot of Magpies and Pigeons in our area..
the magpies are usually to blame for the lack of small birds in my garden. They take young sparrows and terrorise blackbird nests. Something enviromental might have happened for all your birds to stay away. Have some nearby large trees been cut down or a sudden increase in the local cat population.
I seen 2 Magpies attacking a blackbird a few weeks ago. This was I Dorset whilst in our caravan. I banged on window and the blackbird was let go. He scurried under caravan. I went to have a look and seen a few feathers scattered about but no sign of poor bird. Hopefully he got away...
I really don't like magpies, they making an awful noise and nothing small in the garden is safe from them. Apart from taking young sparrows and disembowelling them on my neighbours roof they also take frogs from my pond.
I can't say I like them either....
bird flew?
oh dear me Quoi, that is blooming clever !!
(like it !!)

Used to hear an owl late at night, haven't heard it for a few years now but the blooming seagulls, crows and a lone magpie are still strutting their stuff (noisy crowd)
most of my birds have vanished, they seem to do this about now every year once the first brood have flown. I think they moult their feathers and reappear when they have new ones.
Still seems to be plenty of birds flying in and out of my vicinity, although I don't tend to see quite so many when its windy, like it is right now.
This morning I heard a lot of loud flapping going on from some nearby trees, moments later a wood pigeon flew out, with a crow in hot pursuit.
Yesterday, I was just a few feet from a magpie that appeared to be basking in the hot afternoon sun. It didn't seem too bothered about me unpegging the washing nearby, like I would normally expect.

Missing over last 3y, including doves & crows. Seems all the large birds have gone. Someone shoots in hedgerows occasionally till I set the dogs out. But no dead birds or feathers. Am puzzled.
Everything seems normal around this area except for an abnormally large number of Goldfinches this year, don't know where they're coming from but they are a very welcome change from the usual mobs of sparrows and starlings. The one I do miss though is the cuckoo it's years since I last heard one let a lone saw one.
