Awww bless him xx

I'm sure given time he will learn to trust you and come out of his shell. When I brought Tigger home from Battersea she hid from me for several weeks, only coming out for food and litter tray. After a few months she started to trust me and come near me. Then the sleeping on me phase kicked in :o)

MM...there are a couple of photos of him here...

Question Author
Tiggs, was tigger a stray?
I'm not sure what their background was. They were in a pen together so I assumed they came from the same place. Both were very scared but more so Tigger. I don't know if they'd been badly treated.
A table cloth!!!
I didn't think people used tablecloths any more.
It looks quite cosy pasta.

Arh Tubbs is beautiful

Update!update!
He's getting braver...ate a ton of food last night, didn't run and hide when I came into the lounge as he stuffed his face ;))
We looked at each other, I spoke to him, he continued eating.
Left a nice pressie in the litter tray over night...and made use of a large armchair. It was covered in fur...yay!
That's great! Much quicker than I expected tbh. I thought he would take a bit longer. Well done :-)
won't be long before you can't sit down without him jumping on your lap :-)
Question Author
Gee, I hope so. But I'm being very cautious right now. I was told he may never be a lap cat.
Brilliant Pasta, he's a crafty little chap. My sweet rescue b&w boy I had to PTS at 4 years old last year loved me to bits but wouldn't sit on my lap. He would jump up next to me on the sofa and nudge me for strokes but even if I picked him up onto my lap he would get off again immediately. Funny ain't they;-)
Question Author
Right now I'll be happy enough to pet him.
That will come- when he is ready x
Yep, he's the boss.
He is still training you, pasta :-) x
Question Author
I know...I'm a certified cat slave ;)
