Any Ideas on How to Get Rid of Cats?

We have a deck where there is about 4 feet beneath. I have had 2 cats (that I am aware of) spray beneath the deck. It smells awful...I am interested in finding a plant I can put around the perimeter of the deck to deter cats. Any ideas?

Try pepper dust you can buy it from pet stores or garden centres it works a treat and will not harm the cats,you will have to renew if it rains or gets windy.Good luck.
