Is the cat just trying to get the dog out of the way for the dog's own protection, do you think? They seem friendly enough otherwise - the dog doesn't seem to mind, and the cat doesn't seem aggressive once it gets off the Roomba.

ooh shaney mentioned Christmas, roll on!!!
It never rains does it? The puddles at the side of the road here were meeting in the middle earlier.

Lovely drawing Vin and so are your photos neti but shouldn't you be wearing a crinoline over them there bloomers?

Bet I'm in a worse mood shaney...and don't talk about bl00dy nuts, I bought a bag of walnuts from the co-op yesterday, I'm really into them at the mo and I can just about manage them with my teef, but they're horrible. 2 quid up the spout so I've written to them to complain...and I'm sending Lever one as well while I'm at it about their Lenor....poooeee, it stinks.

hahaha...what a ray of sunshine I is.
oh beg pardon, it's Procter & Garbage...but I daresay there's something produced by Lever in the cupboard I can complain about as well.... :o)
I've just thought I haven't gone on about last night's gig. Went really well and the band is being approached for further dates. Can't be bad. Apparently there was a thunderstorm while we were in there which lasted most of the night and I woke up to lightning and thunder this am as well.

Cheer up Robi, you the one that keeps us all going. I have written twice to Boots about stuff and they have sent both times an eye shadow set with four matching colours in and a pencil in a lovely compact. So I've just written again. Well you can live in hope.
oh good idea Jude.... <rummages through make-up bag>...I could do with some new slap, lol
oooh <<< neti creeps into a corner and hides >>> my eldest brother was managing director of Proctor and Gamble in the 80's, but that's Ok, I don't much like him either!!!!
The first 2 letters were complimenting them but the last one was about the sugar free rennies not being on special offer like the normal ones. Not got enything for that one yeet but I'll keep yer posted. By the way you have to take what yer given lol !
Bloomers? I wasn't wearing Bloomers, oh no, Vinny's drawn them on me!!!!!

Does he draw his piccies freehand or is it like paint the numbers and I'm not being rude but they are so good! I was good at drawing at school (stick people or robi as they are now known ha!) but can't draw like that!!!
well just tell him neti that Summer Breeze smells more like winter winds...a combo of Victory V lozenges & sprouts.
oooh, you just reminded me Jude, I want to write a complimentary letter about this body lotion...
http://www.neutrogena...temname=deep_moisture
...And to ask them not to change it (as these people are alway do). It's lovely, works well on my dry sticks & smells nice too. Maybe they'll send me a tanker full. I got me finger stuck in the bottle yesterday trying to get the dregs from the sides, haha

Neti, Vinny traces his pictures through Izal :o)
> > > > >
ha ha izal - ouch!!!

That neutrogena has always been very good, it's Norwegian isn't it? My legs get very dry and even smothering them in E45 or Simple Moisturiser doesn't do anything overnight, the next morning they are still dry. Hate them. Will try that stuff.
yes Norwegian neti. The multi repair cream is brilliant for excessive dryness too but would work out very expensive if you wanted to slap it all over on a regular basis. If you've got dry feet/cracked heels I can recommend something else, haha - I'm the queen of grease - Compeed....and it's great on your wizened old elbows too!

Haven't seen the Compede here yet. I want it for my crinkly dried up old legs!
The Dermol stuff given to me by my GP is the bees knees of moisturisers . It stops itchiness and dry skin dead in it's tracks .Best stuff i have ever used .It smells of nothing :)
I always buy cheap and cheerful fabric softener. Morrisons own brand 49p.
Ooh I'm a cheapskate :)
It's concentrated and smells quaite naice .Not overpoweringat all .I dilute it and one bottle lasts me for ages .
The sea air here softens the stuff anyway so I don't really use much fabric softener .

Evening all, I haven't been up to anything interesting, it's just that I'm trying to eat food with slower carbohydrates and for some reason I'm hungry all the time instead of the other way around like it's supposed to be. I'm either out hunting for food or cooking it, it's all I do! And I don't have a freezer (kitchenette too small) so I really AM cooking ALL da bleeding TIME. I don't usually eat a lot and with this "diet" I probably should eat more at each meal than I'm used to doing. I'm reading an interesting book about it, it's Swedish, written by a journalist and a brain scientist, I'll let y'all know if it's translated in the future.

You look really good Neti - sandals, shorts, sun glasses and hairstyle and everything, nice seeing you again:)

Bork bork bork ヽ(o`皿′o)ノ I don't see a Swedish flag in there Vinny. Loved the Poachers Retreat. The guy to the left looks like Rembrandt himself or your Dad or you or all three. Is it an original painting?? Really good either way. Now paint that cat wontcha. (The one you've got it in for.)

Oh god I'm hungry again. Sweet lord, how often do people eat? How often do yous?
Neti ..anything with chestnut in is good for your legs .I take red vine capsules every day and they do work .I have awful thread veins in my legs and horrid veins behind my knees and these tablets do help .
Antistax gel is really good for your legs and I also use this

Kit my ,menu for today.
Breakfast ~ bowl of porrige and half a coissante with flora.
11 am ~l rich tea biscuit and latte and fruit. mixed pears and peaches
Lunch/dinner ~ salmon, new potatos, stringless beans, carrots and cheese sauce.
mid afternoon an apple chpped up with Activa plain yoghurt on.
tea ~ ham, italian leaves, toms, boiled egg, bread cob and flora with laughing cow cream cheese on. With mayonaise.
Tonight I will probably have a bowl of special K and bran flakes with milk because I get peckish later. That was when I used to eat loads of cake and biscuits and cheese but I have cut all that out.
The an all milk drink either Horlicks or coca.

And that's it. same sort of routine everyday (not same meals) except when I go out for lunch when I may have a few chips,
*then *cocoa
oooh dear oooo dear ..I'm just stuffing a bit a chocolate fudge cake with squirty cream down me gob . .
We had belly pork hand roasted ,hand peeled potatoes ,mashed with spring onions ;buttered savoy cabbage chopped and cooked by my own fair hand ,baby carrots ( courtesy of Iceland ),yorkie puds ( hand made yer know )and gravy ....not a devilled crab claw to be seen :))
And it all cost about six quid !!
Have just eaten two large slices of brown bread, flora Oliva and marmelade.

We had for lunch, country bread and alioli (garlic mayonnaise): a mixed salad with cheese and ham and the normal type of salad stuff, then Mr N had a huge entrecote, chips and grilled peppers, hija had 100's lamb chops, chips etc (she needs 100's cos she only eats the middle bit of meat, won't touch the fat, and i had grilled calamari (not the rings but the whole thing) but I refuse to eat the tentacles even though they were crispy, and chips. A bottle of rose wine, followed by flaon (him) orange icecream in it's peel (her) and I had a box of 10 ice cream bonbons. So not a healthy day.

jude I shall copy that menu of yours, cos it sounds just what I am supposed to be eating apart from mayonnaise!

I'll look out for chestnut lotion shaney but for the life of me I can't remember what they are called, I think it's marrones, at least the eating ones are, prob end up with chestnut puree!!!!!
