Vinny I don't really expect to get to see live professional tennis now but you never know one day....I prefer men's tennis (and not just because of the bods..!) but I do watch the lot usually. When I used to work full time (while I've been at Sainsburys) I could often be found in the TV aisle having a quick 'recky' on the scores, now I only work mornings I get to see all of it.

Neti Don't know where we'll be going I just follow the leader...

Evening all - didn't realise we're so near our 500!

Yes I'm a tennis fan too - & I agree with gesso about Andre & also have a thing about Boris. But my all time favourite player has to be John McEnroe - he made it look so easy. Shame about the tantrums but he was never boring.

Can somebody tell me how to copy a question that might be a good place to go cos I've got one with only 2 posts which might be ok.

Go to the question and open it. Highlight what appears in your address bar and copy it. Then trot back to here and paste it onto a post, just like you do pictures.

Thanks Gessoo
Erm Jude - yoo hoo....are your Q's in suggs? Although Ed might move it if you ask very nicely.
No Robinia It was in quizzes puzzles.
Goodnight All. I have been for a run round the topics creating havoc and now I'm going to do the dinner dishes and think about going to bed.
Wimbledon is always packed to the gunnels when the tennis is on.It doesn't go down well with the locals because everywhere is packed. I am not a fan of tennis as such but having had the opportunity to go there and soak up the atmosphere ..it's an experience.I was there the day Cliff Richard sang ..can't stand him ..but it was a lovely atmosphere.Peeing with rain but all very jolly .I was with the girls from from work and we had a great day.I remember at school we used to play tennis. My school was built on the site of an old fort on the Medway and the tennis courts were in what used to be the moat.
So..above us were what used to be the ramparts. Any excuse to whack the ball into the ramparts and go to look for it..and have a crafty fag whilst we were looking !!

I just knew we were real sisters Shaney. We both can't stand Cliff Richard!!! You have made my day.

Night, night.

Aren't I thick when it comes to copying and pasting!

Thought this might be ok

Gessoo..I can think of nothing worse than Cliff Richard !
