*Rushes forward with Am Grape & Apricot for Robi* - it's sooooo refreshing, I wouldn't be surprised if it's better than babycham. This particular Am, and Coca-Cola, is the only thing I can stand when I'm feeling queasy. Get better soon Robi and then we can all go mud wrestling in Neti's lane! Oh... somebody perform the Heimlich maneuver on Vinny, quickly - I shouldn't have made him picture it while he was having his supper...

I'm still thinking about that condor over Machu Picchu and the ship gliding by all sparkly like a jewel last night... Remember El Condor Pasa? Those alpaca nostrils, look at them go, they're so sweet!

I had a lovely day yesterday at Chatsworth House with my sister. We had lunch in Bakewell where I bought a Jacket from The Edinburgh Wool Mill shop and then we went on to the Farm Shop at Chatsworth and then the House, which was beaufully decorated this year. The gardens also looked good even though it was winter time.

Question Author
Golly Shaney that's just beautiful....I hope you get to read this and will think of and pray for your Mum in law and all your family....we will be here when you are ready
Dear shaney what a shame, it is such a blessing if one likes and gets on with one's mother-in-law, how very sad for you all, best wishes for her speedy recovery.

Also what lovely winter scenes, so peaceful and joylike. Take care, x
Hello Shaney I'm sorry to hear your news, I hope all goes well. You pictures were lovely.

Yes Woofy I went to Chatsworth and had a brilliant day. I went with my sister on a coach from Hawkes Tours.

Just got back from having my hair trimmed. I suppose I'll get used to this new style one day having had my old one for years and years.

Had an invite to go to my son's wife's mother for Boxing Day. So that's Christmas sorted just New Year's Eve to sort now.

Bye for now :o)
Shaney im really sorry, take care now.xx
love those pics.
Evening, biddies, I've been trapped in a number of sofa beds none of which I ended up deciding on. My god they're heavy and ugly.

So sorry to hear that, Shaney - I remember you've often mentioned how much you like your mother-in-law. I do so hope you will feel she is well taken care of. / I'll send your Christmas pictures to my very young niece and nephew in Singapore - don't know if they understand the concept of snow at all but this will be a nice way for them to become interested in the North. My niece (half-niece) is five and she may remember, but my nephew is barely three and I doubt whether he does.

Speaking of pictures and paintings, there was a man on the radio today telling the story of how his grandfather had won a Picasso painting as a first prize but declined to take it home as it was a nude and he felt his wife would be insulted... aaaaaarghh.....!

Not sure I got your question right Jude but if you mean do we have to use the html code and give links a name to post them, then the answer is no - you may also post a "bare" link, like so:
