I've emailed you Ed, but as you never respond (well, to only the select few it seems) I'm not holding my breath on a response by return.
But if you could see your way to un-banning me, i'd be eternally grateful. I lead a small life you see and this little kerfuffle has greatly upset me ;-)
hi Boo ... this has happened to me on more than one occasion in the past. I reckon it's an internal blip on the AB system that's supposed to prevent spamming, rather than a direct attempt to excommunicate you ;O)
The annoying thing is we never find out what these glitches are, or whether we have inadvertedly naffed someone off (highly likely in my case!) or just simply posted too much.
In the words of Kermit, it's not easy bein' green.
Chin up lady, they'll probably un-block you after a few days like they did me. As far as I know it was only Octavius who got (undesrevely) got the chop completely when someone hit the wrong button.
Aww B00. But I have to say those small little ooos are very endearing and that shade of green is very becoming on you;-) Still, I can see you'd want your username back, so I've located the complaints department for you.
Does anyone think it would help if they actually told us what we have done wrong when we are banned. Happened to me again a couple of week ago and numerous emails to the Ed had no effect.
Nah, don't think it'd help knowing what the reason was particularly, (the ones that are banned continuously are either too silly or too complaicant to understand at any rate), but knowing whether it's a temporary or permenant one would be useful.
