No China, they were little cubes of erm... some blue stuff (not sure exactly what it was) in a muslin bag...you swizzled them round in the rinse water to make your whites bright...a blue rinse for your bloomers....and it worked.

Actually i think i know, or heard about blue bags. Were they things that were put in a whilte wash to make things whiter, even though they were, as the name suggests...blue?
