Recently, you recommended Heller's Catch 22 which was a coincidence as I had just started reading it!
I'm 4/5ths through it and I've never laughed so much with some of the exchanges between officers!

Ive had some awful experiences with so called 'support workers' in the past and absolute horrendous experiences with mental health services etc.
Fact is, we have to make our own way through life.
As I said...we will get there eventually if we want to.

Nailit, its crap isn't it. I never strike up any sort of relationship with support people cos they change every 5 mins and you have to repeat everything.Guess what? I can't be arsed any more.Provision for mental health support is completely deficient.I can't solve my problems on my own.
Another catch 22!!!

This sounds harsh but, perhaps, if you were to be sectioned, you might get some proper help.
A very close family member of mine was sectioned and the services he received were excellent. Eventually, he got better and the section was lifted. It was several years ago and things might be different now with funding cuts and austerity.

I know you said earlier I reminded you a little of your Mum Ag, but that#s the type of stance I am taking here and I too must be realistic and somewhat bald in my advice.
The longer you run with this pack and live your life at this chaotic breakneck speed the further away from a peace and a reality you'll be.
We really don't want to lose you.

They just cant keep the staff ;-)
Been there, done that.
Have had a dozen or so 'support' workers who had no idea who I was when I needed some stability in life.
Never mind AG, keep plugging away....
