What's the conventional term used to say "I've cropped the image of this painting, but only slightly"?

Here's an example:

1) The Mona Lisa

2) The Mona Lisa (detail)

3) ...but how do I describe this kind of cut?

I can think of ways to say it, but my question is What would be the conventional term used in the art world. How would they phrase it in a catalogue from an exhibition.

Thanks!

Vinny? Nah, I think he's more of a hummer really. / Oh I didn't know companies sell over eBay, I'm gonna have to have a look.

Saw something nice today; I was passing by a bike parked outside a block of flats when I suddenly noticed a hand-written note in the bike basket. It said "Enjoy your day [woman's name]! Drive carefully", signed with no name but one big heart and a smaller one - aww. A lover, leaving earlier than [...], or a friend just passing by and recognizing the bike - made my day too, which ever.

Look at the time, I've got a date with Simon Cowell tonight (American Idol.) I suspect you're a few weeks or even months ahead of us so no spoilers please.
hello peoples, I am back from some lovely sunny days in Mitteleurop, now organising about 600 photos, what a wonderful town. Hadn't been there since 1982, when it was rather less touristy than now.

Of course I'd never heard of the place before whispering Dan went there, but an adventurer like I doesn't need telling twice.. as soon as I'd hired a team of huskies and engaged some trusty native bearers, it was ossuary ahoy...

Don't wanna be a killjoy vinny whistler but I believe hemp oil doesn't react well to cooking and frying. Some days I'm on the verge of starting to eat fish 'cos I'm concerned about not getting enough of the right kind of Omega 3 (there are different kinds as well!)

Going to town, possums, can I bring you anything?

Question Author
Oh I remember those, Robinia, I made them as paper fortune tellers (like the one you posted) but you can also make them "cootie catchers" and use them to make people believe they have lice, lotta fun, you google for it yourselves, I gotta get a move on.

Got it!
