has anyone read the book bloody chamber? if so can you give me some good ideas on these questions:

looking at the first three stories in the book

what aspects of the fairytale stories does angela carter use?

what aspects are retained from the traditional tales and which does she change?

how does she convey a sense of modern society and morality in her fiction (charaters, settings, location, technology)

why does she retain traditional features?

why does she employ fantastical elements that defy the readers rationalism and logic

and finally what affect does this fantasy have?

and in case your wondering yes this is a essay question.

thank you in advance.

"what aspects of the fairytale stories does angela carter use?"

It's the well known fable of the girl who didn't do her own homework.

"what aspects are retained from the traditional tales and which does she change?"

In older versions, the girl merely asks people she meets. In the current version, she posts it on the Internet.

"how does she convey a sense of modern society and morality in her fiction"

A character is punished with low marks for not doing her own homework.

etc.

ha ha. in all my time using the answer bank that's the worst answer i've ever got.

what makes you think i haven't done my own homework nobody has even answered this question so i had to do it myself and for your information i got a B for the essay

the purpose of the internet is so people can get information from it. anyone who objects is probably a teacher. (hint hint)

that's all i wanted to say so good day to you sir!

"what makes you think i haven't done my own homework nobody has even answered this question so i had to do it myself and for your information i got a B for the essay"

Er... Right. So, the reason you're not guilty is that becuase no one answered this question, so you had to do it yourself..? But if they had replied, you would have copied that into your essay. Surely far more pleasure getting a B off your own hard work than cribbing someone else's?

hey look i didn't expect someone to give me all the answers if you look at the questions properly then you'd realise i typed ideas not answers. i just wanted to see the book from another persons point of view. there's nothing wrong with that, nobody was hurt?

now i'm not the argumentative type so i'll say sorry if i affended you in any way, as you are right in some of the points you made in the second posting. And i'll say thank you for your first posting because you were quite funny, i'll admit.
