Strange taste in my mouth!

I have a very strange, salty/metally taste in my mouth which I,ve had about 10days. Teeth and gums fine, no bad breath...trust me, I've held a poll!! No bleeding or ulcers but tongue all split down...

aches and pains

i get terrible aches and pains and stiffness in my joints mainly my elbows, knees and neck and most mornings have a job to straighten out my arms and legs, i dont have any swelling around the joints...
