Eyebrow threading

Have any of you ladies had this done ?
I was in town this morning and there was a stand in the shopping centre and they were doing eyebrow threading for a fiver .I dithered :)
Does it hurt ? My eyebrows are nowhere near as thick and dark as they used to be these days but I was wondering if it might make them "look" neater and thicker.

here comes the morning moan...My knee ached all night, the dogs kept hearing noises in the garden, then the bottle recycling collection came at 7.00 and Rab panicked AND I have the dentist today fed up fed up.

It's a lovely day ,breezy and sunny .Hope you're all ok ,knocking knees and colds permitting .I've scrubbed myself up ,stuffed myself with Immodium and 600mg and am going to do a bit of shopping round the High St.
Have you thought about a cortisone jab in your knee Woofy ? It does help .

Its getting better Shaney, I was just stupid yesterday and overdid my exercises again. The problem with doing the job that I had is that I used to see the folk who had orthopaedic treatments that had gone wrong. My head knows its a tiny percentage but my stomach doesn't agree!!
I have no idea why Rab is so spooked by the rattly sounds of the bottle collection. Two doors along someone is having some building work done and the noise is horrendous, shrill and rattley and much louder and he's out there ignoring it

Afternoon all. Mr N at home all day :-( we did the weekly shop, but they ran the larder down and it's taking me forever to find out what I need. He's not golfing either and is going though all his old papers and bank statements since forever, (oh dear, I am bound to be in trouble!!)

Hija was home early lat night so slept well.

afternoon all, seems quite warm out there. I had to ring up my osteo to inquire when he was going to see me, so he came rushing round with a collapsible table in the boot of his car and sorted me out in the living room. Plus I've made a doctor's appointment for the end of next week to have my cough treated. I don't actually have a cough yet, and if I don't get one I'll cancel, but the last time I had one after a cold it lasted from March into June and no way I'm going through that again.

Anyway, strip out the medical problems and, erm, I don't seem to have anything whatever to say. Hope everyone's extremities are behaving.

Afternoon all...glorious weather here and I've been pottering outside, trying to keep my mind occupied, Ozzy leaves for the land down under tonight. :(

Another creaking stik here, I don't know what hurts most, had an awful stiff neck and every time I moved last night the pain woke me up, tut. I could do with a man and his travelling table to sort me out I think. Sorry most of you are struggling too, let's hope we all feel better soon. In the meantime have a swig of my metatone and take it easy...

I just did a long post and it vanished. I have an eadache after the dentist n=but teeth are fine. Can you please imagine that I made sensitive funny and wise comments and sent wonderful wishes to you all.

How come I have a bad toothache in my tooth that had a root canal???

Just eaten left overs, I had curry, and Mr N had large wadge of meat and pot pie, but I had to cook fresh mash and peas, grrr, not happy, I hinted heavily that I wanted to go to the Thai restaurant!! He'll pay somehow don't you worry!!!

Have sneaked into my hiding place and removed a bag of liquorice allsorts which I sent over for xmas, ah well!!

I did post nice things but I think I may have been wittering a bit. When i tried to remember what i said I couldn't...a mixture of headache and paracetamol. Anyway i am more with it now.

Thought I'd just pop in again to see how you all are .
It was nice to go out .I hadn't been anywhere since Monday so thought I deserved the new nail varnish and knitting wool so we had to eat scraps for dinner :) It got out quite warm too.
Hope you feel Ok now after the dentist Woofy and I hope Ozzy has a safe journey Robinia .
