when you say recovery time, what do you mean? till all feels "normal"? 6 weeks
till you can work again (depends on job)
till you can drive?

Yes all 3 bedknobs
Impossible to say, depending upon the skill of the surgeon and the extent of the surgical procedure inside the knee joint.
Getting around without pain and swelling, anything from 10 days to 10 weeks.
Getting back to full function of the knee joint, anything from one month to 10 months.

Sorry i cannot be more specific.

Thanks, I know I can't rush the process, these things take time I know
Recovery from op = 10 days. Fully working, painfree knee = 1 year
Had arthroscopy on both of my knees - one took 2 weeks before I could drive and 6 weeks before it was fully mobile, the other was 3weeks and 8 weeks respectively. Because I have a 'sedantary' job, I was back at work within 10 days on both ocassions
If you do your exercises a lot quicker than if you don't...
Rowan, I was a good boy and did exactly as I was told and when I was told to do it!!! Bit like being married really - lol
Had mine 4 weeks ago, was back at work (non manual) after a week, but was about 3 weeks to walking almost normal
Hubbyhad his done last Tuesday, walked without stick on Saturday. Still in pain and discomfort but is holding onto positive thought that it is a getting better pain.

His posture has already improved but his pain-temper hasn't:D

It can take from 6 weeks onwards up to 12 months
