Woke up around 6 this morning feeling nauseous and dizzy. Also had diarrhoea. I had something similar a few weeks back and put it down to either the winter vomiting bug or food poisoning as my mum had the same symptoms and we ate the same thing. It wasn't as bad this time round as I didn't vomit but I was feeling too ill to go to work.

I went back to bed (after my dad came and took Little Tiggs) and slept till 12.30. Feeling a lot better now and I've had some toast and tea although I now have a slight headache. Do you think this could be connected to what I had a few weeks ago or something new? If it happens again I will go to my GP.

I will be Sqad.
Same thing happened to me about a month ago. Really bad sickness and diarrhoea. Just put it down to "a bug", got rid of it and it came back again! Since I got rid of it the second time I've had no problems. I presumed I simply hadn't got it all out of my system first time around. If it had recurred I would have gone to my GP( even though I don't like to bother them)-gotta look after yourself :)
Yes, I've had this too, just for 24 hours. Had to cancel a trip out and was so tired I slept like a baby. Very dizzy when I stood up, but felt better next day. This was about four weeks ago.
I had it too, very nauseous-not sick though, griping pains in stomach, terrible diarrhoea, couldn't face food for three days and slept for England, shivering and shaking, chesty cough! Took me over a week to feel better, it left me very weak. Its just a vicious bug going around, you probably could re-infect yourself by touching things you touched (like a book or magazine) when you had it first time round????.
