Am usually healthy but for the past two weeks have been suffering breathlessness and when going uphill even a small slope or stairs have to rest and gasp for air. Heart and lungs fine so could this be a virus of sorts and a remedy please. Just been for a load of blood tests.
Any help please

Just back from the docs. Been for an X-ray. Blood results were almost normal----slight anaemia which he has given me iron tablets and the border line diabetes which will need watching. Neither he said would make me so breathless so he is stumped. Never having smoked or been in atmospheres for emphysema it still might be that which I hope not.I would like to get better but am getting down a bit now. Friday 13th is next doc appointment and I think he hopes it will have resolved itself by then.
Thanks for any help
So, the good news is that we are not dealing with organic disease.

Well could it be that you are overweight?

if not, then it could be viral as a diagnosis of "last resort."

It should settle..........

\\\ and the border line diabetes \\\\

So you are overweight.
good luck. i hope you feel better soon.
