Flat Foot!

Just getting over a bout of sciatica (see moans 2/3 weeks ago!) and have discovered my left foot has gone flat! This is the side (hip & thigh) which were painful but the flat foot seems to be something I have no control over. I'm wearing soft slippers or soft soled shoes so that my foot can bend but even with intense concentration it seems to have a mind of its own. Any ideas ABers?

Yes, I have some ideas...........

Sciatica with foot drop (that is what you have) can be due to many causes, but the most likely, bar, is a herniated disc from the lumbosacral region causing the pain and foot drop.

Make an appt to see your GP..........not urgent.
