Hot Flushes...
5 Answers
....A work colleague of mine (age 66) was diagnosed with prostate cancer last December. He chose to have Hormone therapy and Radiotherapy rather than surgery.
The hormone therapy started in December 2017 consisting of one injection lasting one month, a further injection lasting three months and six days of pills. He has had no further hormone treatment since April this year.
The problem is he suffers hot flushes, as many as 25 a day, every day since February this year.
Can anyone suggest why these flushes are so intense and frequent when no hormone treatment has been administered since April.
