I have been trying this calculation http://facweb.msjnet.edu/pabrahms/Calculating% 20Energy%20Needs.htm for ages and can't get it right, I always end up with a final answer of something like over 100,000 calories a day (which would be nice) Can anyone point me in the right direction to work it out, height being 5'6 and weight 152.6.
