Pain under left breast

after yesterday night, i found that when i went to lie on my right side i had a pain come from just under my left breast, i then tried to sleep on the other side and the pain was just the same.

i also find that if i breathe in deeply and then out, it pulls in this place too.

its extremely difficult to sleep just on my back all night and it is also very uncomfortable.

does anyone know what is causing it?

i havent had sex in around a month
