Xenical is available on prescription but you need a BMI of 32+ and has some unpleasant side effects. I wouldnt touch anything not prescribed by a GP.

I read a review of Zotrim in the Times recently and it was tested on a number of people, all who had good results by it. My friend asked a GP about it and he said it samed safe enough to use, it works by surpressing the appetitie slightly

green tea extract is supposd to work, you can get them from Holland and Barrett

Try fennel tea, it's an appetite suppressent and it really works!
