I haven't tried her diet, but for a few weeks i have been eating fruit, veg, fish nuts and seeds etc and feel a lot better for it ,basically just cutting out all the processed rubbish and eating healthy and ive lost nearly a stone, and also if i fancy something like a glass of wine, chocolate bar ill have one,i don't deny myself. i think its all about moderation. I can see where shes coming from though with all the raw food and stuff but i couldnt be that strict.
