I know there are already a lot of ideas, i have really bad ezcema all over my body (except my face, hand and feet- luckily!) I'm waiting for an appointment with a dermotologist and have been prescribed a variety of different steriod, antibiotic, oily and fungal creams, none of which seem to work! as well as using all types of moisturiser including E45 and Aveeno. I've also been tested for allergies by a Kinesaeologist... which came out as none. Can anyone recommend any cures or at least some relief... i really am struggling and feel like i want to scratch my skin off! pelase someone help me!

Have you tried zinc tablets? They are supposed to be good for eczema, apart from this, the only thing hat helped me was 1% hydrocortisone cream but you may have tried that?

I haven't tried the zinc tablets although i saw that suggestion on some similar posts. i used to use HC45 but i find that with every cream i use, it will really help for a few days and then it is as if my skin gets used to it and it gets bad again.
i have had trouble with my hands mostly over last ten years.
worked in pub washing glasses and i think that started it.
had many creams and skin tests.been told it will never leave me but can be contained to a certain level of comfort.
the best that ive used is Diprosalic Ointment which i found terrific.use diprobase to keep hands supple only.
You must try propolis cream. you can't buy it in the shops but you can get it from forever living. it is all natural and works wonders
my brother in law has just started using Oregon products from website http://www.skinshop.co.uk/ definately making a difference. wee bit smelly but worth it.
