Tempur matress for back pain

Does anyone have or know of anyone who has one of these matresses and do they work?
My brother in law is almost completely incapacitated because of severe back pain. I am desperately trying to find him some help!

Afraid I can't answer your Tempur question, but as him what sleeping position he uses.
I used to suffer terribly, until I started sleeping on my back, thing is, when you sleep on your front, the mattress gives, and your back bends the wrong way, a bit like a wrestlers backbreaker hold,

since I started sleeping on my back, not a twinge.

I suffer from joint pain so i purchased a memory foam mattress (like tempur) it is so comfy and i do now get a better nights sleep

I have a memory foam topper.It has been a godsend for my husband and myself would not be without it now,and you get a better nights sleep.I would definitely advise the purchase of one.

I dont have the matress but we do have the pillows. They are really good. We got ours from from an internet site. Much cheaper than the local shops. Good luck

We bought 2 memory foam toppers because if feels more like the entire memory foam mattress with 2 toppers. It's oh, so comfortable.

There is, however, one drawback; the mattress retains your body heat. This can be good in the winter but in the summer it makes for awfully sweaty nights.

i got a memory foam topper from a tv channel shopping, was about �70 including postage, then discovered a local shop selling them at least �15 cheaper, same topper!!nevermind had least didnt have to carry it home, my spine was aching, these toppers are fantastic, tempur range very expensive, but if you can afford tyhe best go for it!!!

Hi beejaybee, I cannot tell you the make but I ordered mine out of the Littlewoods Cat; which my daughter in law runs it was �130 and well worth the money even if I paid more.We would not be without it they do single,double and king size which ours is, go for it you will not regret it.

My wife has rheumatoid arthritis and we bought a memory foam matress ,she says it really has helped her to get a better nights sleep and would certainly recommend one.
