I cannot see any reason for you not flying, although I do not know the problem with your heart.

Low O2 pressures in the cabin MAY put strain on your heart, but this is not borne out by statistical analysis.

Providing you have not had a recent herat attack and providing you haven't unstable angina or had recent heart surgery, I can think of no reason why you shouldn't be allowed to fly.
