well I must admit i have never had one this big. I have been applying toothpaste to it and its still at the spot stae i.e. it hasnt scabbed over yet. I look like a diseased freak though :( just thought you would all appreciate it if I kept you all informed of my current situation.

Is it upper lip or lower lip?

lwer right squad. its the first time I have had one on my lower lip. I usually get them on my upper lp. Should I be concerned about this?
