I seem to have spent most of my life trying to lose weight - with success on and off over the yeas. However lately I find I can do well through the day but when I get home I almost sabotage things - if I'm fed up I'll overeat and get into a vicious cycle of depression and overeating. Can anyone suggest any reasons why I keep on doing this?
If you try the wrong diet, you don't end up losing weight, you may be making muscle instead, if you eat too many carbs then do the wrong kind of exercise. Then you get fed, up and probably give up, and over eat to comfort. Try doing it as part of a group, then you get more support and help.
