This winter ecxema has been the worst it has been in years. Anything new to try?

If eczema is really troublesome, then effective treatment is really a matter for doctors to advise about. It can be something to do with the immune system causing problems and may mean need treatment with an immunosuppressant. That involves having blood tests and probably biopsies. Sorry for the gloomy response but professional advice is the best thing rather than 'hit or miss' trials of something over the counter.
