I would say you're not overweight, to find out if you are a healthy weight (which i would imagine you are, being a size 10) other things need to be taken into consideration, for example your waist measurement can tell you a lot, if a womans waist is over 35 inches her chances of getting certain diseases/illnesses are increased. It also depends on the size of your bones, you may have heavy bones (I know people use this as an excuse for being overweight but how heavy peoples bones are can differ quite a bit) if you have big feet I would imagine you have big bones, which could explain your weight, along with how muscley you are, and whether you are on a method of contraception which may cause you to put on weight.
