Does anyone know a website where I can see the blood pressure I should have according to my height, age, weight etc. Or how I can work it out. Thanks

You really can only rely on a GP or Nurse to do an acurate reading but the following info explains what is described as high BP and normal BP

                                         Systolic           diastolic

high blood pressure            140 or over        90 or over

prehypertension is              120-139           80-89

Normal (aged 18 or over)     119 or below    79 or below
