If you have a slightly elevated T4 level but TSH is within normal range? Doc has sent hubby for more blood tests today. Thanks

These results are within normal limits indicating no abnormality.

Ok thanks. Just wondered why the doc saw him on Mon and sent him for blood test Tues morn to re-check it etc if it's normal?!
Probably to recheck the T4, as a slightly elevated T4 with a normal TSH doesn't make clinical sense.

Haha, well you know my husband doesn't make clinical sense Sqad! Will let you know if the results are odd again. Thanks both for answering.
