I got a fantastic book by Dr Claire Weekes called 'self help for your nerves'. It's so reassuring to read and it really helps to know how many people suffer with anxiety and overcome it. I too do knitting (just started an Aran jumper) and it helps a lot :)
I am a bit panicky today-I am going on a long train journey-ooer!!
